You have to watch this video to see where this song came from. You will never guess where it came from.
Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free. So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.
(John 8:32, 36).
we have phone and internet again!!
So The Reach Team I am leading is based on the book Freedom from Addiction by Neil T. Anderson and Mike and Julia Quarles. I love this book! It will cover all sorts of addiction. This is not a 12 step program. It is about breaking the bondage of addiction and finding freedom in Jesus.

Psalm 66:1-20
1 To the Chief Musician. A Song. A Psalm.
1 Make a joyful shout to God, all the earth! 2 Sing out the honor of His name; Make His praise glorious.3 Say to God, How awesome are Your works! Through the greatness of Your power
Your enemies shall submit themselves to You.4 All the earth shall worship You And sing praises to You; They shall sing praises to Your name.? Selah. 5 Come and see the works of God; He is awesome in His doing toward the sons of men.6 He turned the sea into dry land; They went through the river on foot. There we will rejoice in Him. 7 He rules by His power forever; His eyes observe the nations; Do not let the rebellious exalt themselves. Selah.8 Oh, bless our God, you peoples!
And make the voice of His praise to be heard,9 Who keeps our soul among the living,
And does not allow our feet to be moved.10 For You, O God, have tested us; You have refined us as silver is refined.11 You brought us into the net; You laid affliction on our backs.12 You have caused men to ride over our heads; We went through fire and through water; But You brought us out to rich fulfillment.13 I will go into Your house with burnt offerings; I will pay You my vows,14 Which my lips have uttered
And my mouth has spoken when I was in trouble.15 I will offer You burnt sacrifices of fat animals,
With the sweet aroma of rams; I will offer bulls with goats. Selah 16 Come and hear, all you who fear God,
And I will declare what He has done for my soul.17 I cried to Him with my mouth,
And He was extolled with my tongue.18 If I regard iniquity in my heart,
The Lord will not hear.19 But certainly God has heard me; He has attended to the voice of my prayer.20 Blessed be God, Who has not turned away my prayer, Nor His mercy from me!
Today all of our kids are in school. Olivia is in Kindergarten, Grace is in 2nd grade Ocean is in 3rd and Meadow is in 5th. What an emotional day. I am totally having one of those moments when I realize how quick they are growing. I saw Meadow today and I didn't even recognize her for a minute. It was very difficult for me to release her to school (because of the Diabetes). I love all of our kids and would love to keep them home, I wasn't ready for school to start, it seemed like the shortest summer ever, and even though I know they have very competent teachers, the "momma bear' has a tendency to come out. I want to make sure she is safe, and it is scary.
God keeps reminding me of Proverbs 3:5,6 "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding, in all your ways aknowledge him, and he will set your path." Our kids were God's before he gave them to us for a season. I know that when I am releasing them, he is there, It is an excersize in my trusting Him. I pray over them everyday as they go to school, and as they go to bed at night. I believe he will keep them safe.
Our Worship Team rocked this song on Sunday! Pastor Melinda's blog talked about the scripture in Psalms (22:3) that says God is enthroned in our praises. It has driven me to make sure that in my life I am giving Him the praises He deserves.
Trust in him at all times, O people; pour out your hearts to Him for God is our refuge.Psalm 62:8
Brent got transferred to Dodge of Monroe. Thank you Lord. He also isn't selling cars anymore. (Another Thank you Jesus.) He is working in PR, and it's Monday through Friday, 8 hours a day. He can come home for lunch. .08 miles each way instead of 30 mile's. and he leaves around 9 or 10 and gets home at 6 or 7. Way better then leaving at 8:15 and getting home at 10. Weekends off to spend as a family. Thank you Lord.
We still don't have a home phone or Internet, but God will provide. He never lets us go with out.
Meadow's health is stabilizing a bit, the fact that it is a new diagnosis and where she is with her development can tend to make it haywire. We are still believing God will heal her. She is doing some research With the Juvenile Diabetes research foundation.
The van is in the process of getting fixed right now, and I am so thankful. That car is an everyday reminder that God hears my prayers, and he answers them, even when it seems impossible.
Hebrews 10:36, “Patient endurance is what you need now, so you will continue to do God’s will. Then you will receive all that he has promised” (NLT).
We are like Israelites right now, when they were in the wilderness God provided Manna for them every day, and he is doing it for us too. Thank you for continuing to pray for us.
